Európsky vzdelávací inštitút, n.o. pripravuje v spolupráci s AGROGENOFOND, n.o. tri projekty v oblasti vzdelávania ľudských zdrojov v poľnohospodárstve.
Ambíciou projektov je pripraviť v období od septembra 2010 do októbra 2011 cyklus 12 vzdelávacích seminárov zameraných na podporu diverzifikácie činností poľnohospodárskych subjektov v rámci celého Slovenska.
Projekty sú spolufinancované zo zdrojov Operačného programu Rozvoj vidieka SR 2007-2013, opatrenia 3. 3. Vzdelávanie a informovanie.

Professional Education
The realm of education and consultancy is nowadays characterized by high competition. It is the side-effect of the dynamically developing market and strengthening companies. The managers understand that in strong competitive background the success depends on abilities and competence of the people in a company.
The manager is expected to have good managing and organizational skills. He / she is expected not to worry to communicate and solve problems, he/she understands marketing partly, is able to plan business well, to have contacts, to search for information.
European Educational Institute (NGO) has been presenting the trainings of the professional and managerial skills in the long term. Education supply is focused on developing skills within the realm of computer, language, managerial and professional competences.
Annually, the institute prepares seminars and trainings right in the centre of Bratislava.
The offer of the educational products of EVI (NGO) tries to reflect those actual topics that are directly connected to the development of the human potential within the contemporary processes of the deepening integration within the EU structures as well as global competitiveness. The modules are adjusted to the practical needs of the interested and they fit in the concept of the further and lifelong education.
The quality is guaranteed by the accreditation of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic and quality certificate ISO 9001:2000.
The forms and methods of the education are led intensively, interactively with an orientation on new information, practical knowledge, skills, new experiences of the participants and constant improvement. The trainings are focused on development of the concrete skills in the form of active learning, model situations, and team work. The video making is very frequent to provide reflection, self – assessment tests, experience analyses and practical studies. The focus of increasing of the professional behavior and communication is in the feedback from the group and the lecturer.
